Our story
Neighbors meet. Friends gather.
In 2019, Chef Rodney Warren set out to buy a food truck that served smoked meats, sandwiches, and fresh sides in a gourmet style. He’d always loved cooking for friends and family, hosting special occasions, and bringing people together around a plate.
He wanted to feed the city and create a spot where neighbors met and friends gathered. In 2020, Taste of Smoke rolled curbside — and we’ve been serving events of every occasion and size ever since.
